These events are held on every last sunday of each month at 3:30 till 5:30pm. Please bring something comfortable to lie down on and some water for afterwards. One to one sessions are available in this area.

A gong bath is an immersive experience in sound. Also known as a sound journey. Waves of sound wash over your body and though each cell. This creates a sonic massage, leading to a very relaxed state. In my session you will be guided through a journey of sound giving you the space to relax and let go of unwanted stress and unbalanced tension. I use sounds from all over the world, with different gongs, singing bowls, drums, bells and rattles. Providing a relaxing and invigorating gong bath.
